Talat Kizilten

Talat KızıltenMy childhood was blended with the countryside and beautiful nature in the province of Bolu. I was too naughty boy during my school years.  In these years, it was my cooking talents that lies within my naughty personality, did make my teacher realize.
The most enjoyable place in my house was our kitchen, where you can smell all those good flavours.  My mother and I did great works in the kitchen and she always asked me whether I want to become a chef or not and encouraged me.
I always thought of that my kitchen is my way of life and I have continued my education in this field and graduated from Anatolian Vocational School for Culinary Arts and Tourism in Bolu, where the best chefs of Turkey are raised.
